Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Responsible for receiving, handling, storage, labeling, logging receipt, and dispatch of delivery materials. The job holder will also process inventory transactions in the SAP system and coordinate the movement of inbound and outbound materials via available transport modes to support operational priorities.
- Follow the company's HSE rules and regulations in all responsibilities.
- Manage the receiving, control, issue, and storage of all spare parts, materials, equipment, and tools in the storeroom. Ensure all onboard stock items are updated in the SAP system, and onboard non-stock items are recorded in the barcode database system. Serve all disciplines as needed.
- Conduct physical count checks and tag all equipment/materials delivered according to specifications in the purchase order and indent for the correct quantity and location.
- Maintain offshore consumables, re-order stock, and create new stock/non-stock items to ensure sufficient quantities for daily activities.
- Keep records and maintain the inventory movement filing system for audit purposes.
- Identify discrepancies in received materials based on specifications and manifest, and report to relevant parties for correction.
Requirements
- Technical Diploma in any field, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics.
- Possess a valid BOSEIT and Medical Certificate.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of basic safety practices for oil/gas facilities.
- 5-7 years of experience as a Store Officer or Material Controller in the Oil & Gas industry or similar fields.
- Computer literacy, including Excel and database management.
- Knowledge of barcode systems is an advantage.
