As a Master Planner / Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and managing production schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely delivery of products. This role involves coordinating with various departments, including production, procurement, and engineering, to ensure all processes align with our organizational goals.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Developing and maintaining a master production schedule to optimize resource utilization, inventory levels, and delivery timelines.
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as procurement and production to ensure seamless scheduling and supply chain operations.
3. Proactively communicating potential delays or bottlenecks and implementing mitigation strategies.
4. Monitoring plan execution, working closely with stakeholders to identify improvements and propose solutions.
5. Ensuring products are delivered on time to meet customer expectations.
6. Facilitating the transfer of new products from development to production.
7. Managing phase-ins and phase-outs of products to ensure material availability for ramp-up.
8. Analyzing planning data and preparing reports for management review.

Your profile

1. Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, engineering, or equivalent experience.
2. Proven experience as a supply planner or similar role, preferably in a production environment.
3. Strong knowledge of supply chain planning methodologies and processes.
4. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
5. Result-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
7. Proficiency in scheduling, MS Office, and ERP software.
8. Fluent in English.
