Position Summary

Ensure that all required master data are properly maintained by the centralized data management team to enable stakeholders to perform their activities on time and with the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure master data readiness for smooth daily operational processes.
• Coordinate new master data requirements and centralized management.
• Collaborate with the Excellence Stewards to ensure data standards are clear and consistent.
• Support in creating new master data during the transition to the centralized operating model.
• Act as the main point of contact to ensure smooth planning process execution.
• Manage SLAs for master data processes.
• Ensure templates and rules for new master data entry are available.
• Perform master data health checks to identify missing or incorrect data.

Success Factors:

• 2+ years of experience in data management roles, familiar with data governance, quality management, and maintenance processes. Ability to resolve data issues, perform data cleansing, and adhere to best practices.
• Experience working in a multinational setting, collaborating across diverse teams and cultural backgrounds. Capable of effective communication and standardization of master data across regions.

Academic Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
