Job summary

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in Regulatory, EHS, Product and MDM.
• Bachelor's degree related to Compliance, Data Management or Business.
• Strong knowledge of EMS environments and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product, environmental, sustainability, and trade compliance.
• Capture regulatory changes and analyze impact to achieve compliance.
• Engage suppliers to obtain data and drive regulatory compliance.
• Govern supplier data validation and risk mitigation actions.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders for clarity and compliance.
• Provide policy consultancy for existing contracts and new deals.
• Establish a Master Data Governance framework for data consistency and controls.
• Lead initiatives to develop best practices for clean, controlled data.
• Mentor the team and support training and development.
