The opportunity

The Business Development Senior Associate assists in implementing bid procedures, governance, and processes. This highly networked role requires working under pressure and meeting challenging deadlines. Understanding our business strategies and challenges while implementing solutions will expand your horizons.

Your key responsibilities

As an Associate / Senior Associate, you should be an excellent communicator with an understanding of complex technical, strategic, and business issues. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Participating in developing proposal strategies, authoring proposals, conducting company research, and producing proposals
  • Assisting in developing strategic/tactical proposals and campaigns with the Business Development team and client service professionals to win new business
  • Conducting research and writing proposals, working closely with the team and senior management to craft responses that convey a unique proposal strategy
  • Prioritizing proposal-writing tasks and coordinating information flow from various departments to meet deadlines

To qualify for the role you must have
  • A recognized university degree in Business Studies/Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 2-5 years of relevant work experience
Ideally, you’ll also have
  • A strong external market presence, supported by social media activity and speaking engagements, with a clear point of view on your sector/market segment
