About The Role

We’re looking for a Video Producer who can turn ideas into visually compelling stories. From storyboarding, shooting, to post-production, you'll own the full creative process, helping us bring our SaaS solution to life through video— whether it’s for a product launch, merchant interview, social media campaign, or event recap. If you’re a creative storyteller who’s confident behind the camera and in the editing room, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Storyboard & script video concepts across marketing, product, and branding needs
  2. Plan and lead on-site or studio video shoots — including setup for lighting, audio, and camera
  3. Create various content formats: product explainers, testimonials, interviews, social reels, event highlights, and more
  4. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging with video strategy
  5. Stay up-to-date with short-form trends (e.g., TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) and bring fresh creative ideas to the table
  6. Build and maintain a video asset library for reusability and scalability
Minimum Requirements
  • 2+ years of video production experience (in-house, freelance, or agency)
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) — for scripting, directing, and interviewing
  • Proficient in operating DSLR cameras for both video and photography (e.g., Canon, Sony)
  • Skilled in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Capcut or equivalent
  • Experience with basic motion graphics, color grading, sound editing, and subtitles
  • Willingness to travel for shoots at different locations as needed
  • Able to manage projects independently and meet production timelines
