Designation: Marketing Technology Specialist

Position description: The Marketing Technology Specialist serves as a crucial link between marketing function of a business and technology. The role requires the ability translate that marketing vision to a technology implementation to deliver on marketing goals. This position plays a critical role in the configuration, usage and support of the marketing technology platforms used for campaign and data management.
Primary Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise from various business partners relating to data errors, system workflows, and platform inconsistencies
- Support essential marketing operations initiatives in Marketing Automation platforms and CRM such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing
- Maintain the daily operations of Marketing Automation integration with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation platforms
- Maintain analytics tracking in digital marketing platforms, implement best practices, add/edit analytics tracking pixels as needed.
- Leverage automation to improve processes and productivity and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at rapid pace.
- Serve as super user and product evangelist for digital marketing platforms
What do you need to succeed?
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering or Data Analytics and/or with 2 – 5 years of relevant work experience in operations support.
- Demonstrated interest in continued skills development, especially around digital marketing, data analytics, and technology tools.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-function team.
- Detailed-oriented, methodical and prefers a structured way of getting things done.
- Able to consistently meet deadlines and problem-solve with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical abilities to troubleshoot issues that arises from the smallest causes
- Strong interest in researching and learning new skills and digital systems.
- Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite; comfort working in Excel.
- Prior experience with a CRM, CMS, Martech software (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot, Sitecore, Wordpress, Outreach, etc.), CSS, HTML, Javascript, SQL is a strong advantage.
