- Manage NV social media channels and community pages
- Collaborate with external community page admins/moderators
- Oversee HQ content
- Create local content
- Develop relevant content topics with the community
- Organize community gatherings and events
Media & KOL Management
- Identify relevant media and KOLs in the industry
- Build and maintain relationships with media and KOLs, providing necessary support and resources
- Establish partnerships, collaborations, or sponsorship opportunities with media and KOLs
- Organize media and KOL launch events
Marketing Support
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns as needed
- Conduct market research to gather insights when necessary
- Compile reports for HQ as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, either in-house or at an agency
- Proven success in developing and executing strategies that drive engagement and growth
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Telegram, LinkedIn) and community management platforms (e.g., Discord, Forums, Facebook Groups)
- Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr) for scheduling, monitoring, and analytics
- Ability to track and analyze social and community growth, engagement, and sentiment
- Basic skills in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, video editing software)
- Experience working with external parties such as influencers, content creators, and community admins
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay
