The Marketing Specialist will oversee the marketing vision and execution of our international consumer brands.

This role is for you if you enjoy creating delightful customer experiences along the entire customer journey, finding product-market fit, and driving business strategy for growth-stage companies. You will help direct the strategy for some of the best international consumer goods brands in the industry being brought to Malaysia.
Key responsibilities:
- Marketing: Drive brand strategy for the company’s portfolio to build brand awareness and loyalty
- Brand conceptualization and overall marketing strategy: campaigns, brand calendar, events, social media, ads, growth marketing
- Emphasis on Digital Marketing: organic and paid campaigns on social media, SEO, SEM, marketplace ads
- Offline support: trade collateral and materials for retail partners
- Activation: conceptualize events, manage budgets and expenses for activities like live-streams, cooking demos
- Collaborate with graphic design and content teams to produce engaging content
- Sales Collaboration: Work with the sales team to drive online and offline sales
- Develop commercial strategies for retail and e-commerce channels
- Coordinate activations to increase traffic and sales
- Manage online platforms: brand websites, marketplaces, retailer online platforms
- Manage offline accounts: retailers and wholesalers
- Collaborate with operations, tech, and customer support teams for optimal customer experience
- Product Management: Maintain deep product and industry knowledge
- Conduct product research and competitive analysis
- Identify USPs and strategize marketing approaches
- Perform feasibility studies for new products
- Perform other assigned tasks

Experience required:
- At least 2 years in consumer brand marketing, preferably in related categories
- Experience managing brands in Malaysia
- Hands-on digital marketing and e-commerce campaign analysis
- Proven record in brand and engagement campaigns
- Experience with offline and online retail partners
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields
