Marketing Specialist

Company Overview

Our client, established in 1995, specializes in trading building and furniture materials, including low-formaldehyde panel products and plywood.

The New Role:

1. Brand Specification & Promotion: Drive efforts to get the brand included in developer and designer firm projects.
2. Industry Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships within the developer and design community.
3. Marketing Strategy: Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns for the developer and designer market.
4. Content Creation: Collaborate with creatives to produce marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and case studies.
5. Event & Trade Shows: Represent the brand at industry events and networking meetings to promote visibility.
6. Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategies.
7. Partnership Development: Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key firms for brand specification opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Years of experience in marketing, brand management, or business development (preferably in the construction, design, or development sector).
2. Understanding of how specifications work in developer and design firms.
3. Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to create compelling marketing strategies and materials.
6. Familiarity with CRM, digital marketing, and presentation tools.
