- Strategic Marketing Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth and customer engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Set clear marketing objectives and KPIs, aligning with overall business goals.
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Digital Marketing Management:
- Oversee the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, and digital advertising platforms.
- Develop a social media content calendar, manage social media channels, and monitor engagement metrics.
- Optimize SEO strategies for the website and maintain updated, user-friendly web content.
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, collaborating with influencers and KOLs to enhance brand reach.
- Partnership and Collaboration:
- Identify and negotiate partnerships with complementary brands, corporate partners, and media platforms for cross-promotions.
- Coordinate with external agencies for creative content, video production, and event planning.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners for co-branded campaigns or sponsored events.
- Creative Content Development:
- Lead the creation of marketing materials, including graphics, videos, brochures, and promotional banners.
- Develop engaging and creative content for social media, email newsletters, and website updates.
- Coordinate with the design and multimedia team to ensure brand consistency in all visuals.
- On-Ground Marketing and Events:
- Plan and execute on-ground promotional activities, including launch events, roadshows, pop-up activations, and brand experiences.
- Manage end-to-end event planning, including vendor coordination, venue setup, and logistics.
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure smooth execution of marketing events.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Oversee customer engagement strategies, including loyalty programs and personalized marketing.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to enhance customer experience and retention.
- Implement strategies to maximize customer lifetime value (LTV) through upselling and cross-selling.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Track and analyze the performance of all marketing campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Prepare monthly reports on marketing performance, including ROI analysis, customer acquisition costs, and campaign effectiveness.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize future marketing strategies.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and brand management.
- Able to speak in English
Technical Skills
