Our company is seeking an organized, independent, and self-motivated Marketing & Sales Lead (Senior Manager) to ensure the company's strategic plans are effectively implemented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote Bandar Tiram projects in Johor, including digital marketing, brand management, promotional events, and lead generation.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, oversee marketing budgets, report on campaign performance, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Craft and implement marketing strategies targeting key market segments and industry trends.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn; utilize SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
- Maintain and enhance brand presence through consistent messaging and innovative campaigns.
- Support sales through lead generation, developing sales tools, and optimizing campaign performance.
- Manage and mentor the marketing team; collaborate with sales, operations, and external vendors.
- Manage marketing budgets and provide performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Handle special projects and adapt proactively to changing business needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of real estate properties, developments, or related services (HDA ACT).
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
