  2. Collaborate closely with the sales team, oversee marketing budgets, report on campaign performance, and lead a high-performing marketing team.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  1. Craft and implement marketing strategies targeting key market segments and industry trends.
  2. Lead digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn; utilize SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
  3. Maintain and enhance brand presence through consistent messaging and innovative campaigns.
  4. Support sales through lead generation, developing sales tools, and optimizing campaign performance.
  5. Manage and mentor the marketing team; collaborate with sales, operations, and external vendors.
  6. Manage marketing budgets and provide performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  7. Handle special projects and adapt proactively to changing business needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
