Overview

Join our energetic Marketing & Sales team and help bring our property developments to life! This role involves managing campaign strategies, pricing, A&P budgeting, licensing, and event execution, while ensuring alignment with corporate branding and sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Plan creative campaigns and pricing packages and support exciting sales launches and promotional ideas.
• Budgeting & Reporting – assist with A&P budget planning and cost tracking; keep tabs on campaign performance and results.
• Events & Launches – coordinate roadshows, launches, and public events (local & overseas); be on the ground with the sales team engaging with customers.
• Ads, Designs & Branding – review marketing materials for impact and accuracy; support website updates and creative campaigns.
• Licensing & Approvals – liaise with government agencies (KPKT) for required permits; ensure all documentation is submitted on time.
• Banks, Legal & Vendors – help secure bank tie-ups and coordinate legal documents; work with creative agencies, event partners, and more.
• Internal & External Coordination – attend meetings with project teams and consultants; keep property agents and stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Market Research & Insights – stay on top of trends, pricing, and what competitors are doing; help prepare presentations and reports for management.
• Photography & Visuals – snap on-site shots when needed (no pro skills required); contribute ideas and creativity.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree, Post-Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in property marketing (bonus if you’re from a developer background).
• Know your way around event planning, branding, social media, and licensing processes under Ministry of Housing.
• A team player who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to hustle when it counts.
