Responsibilities
- Organize and attend sales launches, marketing activities, promotions, road shows, and events.
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies, including digital campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Website, etc).
- Coordinate with advertising agencies to develop marketing materials (brochures, billboards, press ads, signage, etc.).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and propose improvements.
- Manage and evaluate marketing campaigns, sales reports, and related documentation for future reference.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing systems, and confidentiality of data within the department.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, checklists, meeting minutes, and administrative tasks.
- Liaise with suppliers for payment requisitions, invoices, and follow-ups.
- Assist with general enquiries (walk-in, calls, or online) and direct them to relevant departments.
- Compile and update property-related newspaper advertisements, customer feedback, and walk-in visitor records.
- Undertake ad hoc assignments, sales events, or weekend/public holiday duties as required by Management.
- Analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, report on ROI and KPIs, and optimize strategies based on data and market trends.
Requirements
- Certificate in Marketing / Business Studies or any equivalent discipline.
- Pleasant personality and able to interact with people at all levels.
- Minimum three (3) years' experience inProperty Industry, Digital Marketing, Branding Communication.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Preferably Executive specializing in Marketing & Selling of Commercial Properties or Residential.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Analytics and social media advertising.
