Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team at Henry Butcher Real Estate (Penang) Sdn Bhd. This full-time role is based in George Town, Penang and involves driving the marketing and sales initiatives for our company.

What you'll be doing

1. Secure and promote our real estate listings for sale or rent
2. Create engaging content for our website, social media channels, and other marketing materials
3. Liaise with potential clients, provide outstanding customer service, and convert leads into sales
4. Work together with the sales team on project marketing and sub-sales
5. Gather, analyze, and research market data
6. Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

1. With or without sales experience
2. Experience in a similar marketing or sales role is an added advantage
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
4. Proficient in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
5. Proficient in preparing PowerPoint presentations
6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
7. Familiarity with market analysis and data-driven decision making
8. Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
9. Good command of English and Mandarin is an added advantage
10. Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
