Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Graduate Diploma in Marketing/Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.
• Preferably specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales/marketing/business development in International Shipping line, Logistics, Customs & Transportation.
• Multi-language will be added advantage, especially in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
• Able to work as a team player, pro-active, self-motivated and high sense of responsibility.
• Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
• Positive attitude, organized and able to prioritize tasks.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, will provide in-house training for 3 to 6 months.

Job Descriptions:

• Contribute to marketing strategies by managing social media accounts and creating promotional flyers.
• Analyze market trends to support campaigns.
• Manage client relationships, increasing customer satisfaction and enhancing repeated business.
• Build a strong relationship with customer.
• Communicate and follow up with customer on the status of shipment or deliveries.
• To take charge of problem-solving activities in relations to quality failure.
• Monitor of shipping costs to stay competitive and negotiate rates as required.
• Comply with company's standard operating procedure (SOP) and quality policy.
• Communicate with superior to improve department processes.
• Understand individual's processes and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Perform any other tasks as and when assigned by the superior.
