Marketing OKR Management & Coordination:
- Work closely with marketing leadership to define, align, and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the marketing department and individual campaigns.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive OKR tracking system, ensuring regular updates and reporting on progress to stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular OKR review meetings, identify roadblocks, and collaborate with teams to achieve targets.
- Ensure all marketing projects and initiatives are aligned with overarching company and marketing OKRs.
Marketing Budget Management
- Monitor and track marketing expenditures against approved budgets for various campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with finance and marketing teams to ensure accurate allocation and reconciliation of marketing spends.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies for optimizing ROI and budget allocation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
- Good to have years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a highly analytical marketing role.
- Proven experience working with OKRs or similar goal-setting frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimize marketing spend.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
