Overview

AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad is seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Product Manager - Motorcycle Financing (Eastern Regional Office) to join our team based in Kuantan, Pahang. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving the company's marketing communications strategy and objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute district and regional sales activities to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
  • Maintain good communication with all departments to ensure effective product selling.
  • Study and analyze local strategies and provide training to the team.
  • Apply the PDCA cycle to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Provide continuous product training and stay updated with latest information.
  • Plan and execute regional sales activities to meet daily and monthly targets.
  • Ensure operational KPIs are met with regional compliance.
  • Strategize, implement, and execute action plans to achieve regional budgets and be profit-oriented.
  • Provide training and ensure the team understands product knowledge and selling techniques.
  • Ensure that AEON quality policy is supported by department objectives and KRAs.
  • Train and coach future successors to succeed in principal duties and expand capacity for higher responsibility.
Minimum job requirements (education & experience)
  • Degree with minimum 5 years working experience, preferably in Banking/Financial Industry and Motorcycle Financing (MF).
  • Exposure to Branch Development functions and activities.
  • Good management, communication, and analytical skills.
Knowledge, skills and abilities required
  • Lesson planning to plan lessons with key elements.
  • Presentation skills to deliver content to participants.
  • Able to communicate at all levels and with target audiences.
  • Listening skills to empathize with others’ ideas.
  • Supervising and monitoring skills; ability to work under pressure and solve problems.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • PC literate.
