We’re hiring a driven Marketing & PR Officer to lead our soft and official launch marketing efforts during this crucial phase.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution:

  • Plan and lead the go-to-market (GTM) campaign from August to October 2025.
  • Execute multi-channel soft launch campaigns (email, social, WhatsApp, offline).
  • Creative & Content Coordination
  • Work with internal teams and freelancers to develop launch assets: posters, ads, landing pages, etc.
  • Oversee the production of short videos, infographics, and testimonials.
User & Provider Acquisition:
  • Launch awareness and sign-up campaigns.
  • Manage paid ads, community referral programs, and onboarding funnels.
  • Offline Activation (JB)
  • Coordinate pop-ups, roadshows, or clinic events during the launch period.
  • Work closely with Business Development and Ops teams on on-the-ground execution.
Marketing Ops & Analytics:
  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns in real-time.
  • Prepare weekly updates for executive team and board investors.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years experience in marketing and PR (startups, healthtech, SaaS, or consumer platforms preferred)
  • fresh graduates may be considered depending on their qualifications and skillsets
Hands-on experience with:
  • Meta/Google Ads, Canva, Mailchimp, Zapier, TikTok, Telegram/WhatsApp Channels, Linkedin
  • Strong copywriting, community engagement, and campaign tracking skills
  • Comfortable working with lean resources and agile sprints
Bonus:
  • Experience in Johor/Singapore market
  • Bilingual (EN + BM or CN)
  • Familiarity with health, wellness, or caregiving sector
