Handle operational aspects of marketing, including but not limited to voucher setup, communication channel management, homepage assets, and knowledge bank updates.
Manage and configure in-app promotional and educational features such as flash sales, livestreams, in-app ads setup and more on a daily basis.
Support and coordinate with internal teams on tasks like voucher creation, microsite setup, and other content management configurations.
Conduct in-depth studies on in-app assets and communication channels’ performances.
Liaise with Regional and local product managers to report and follow up on bugs and system issues.
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across departments to ensure campaign accuracy and timely execution.
Ensure smooth rollout of marketing efforts including online campaigns, livestream events, and partnerships.
Requirements
At least a Diploma in any field is required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
Excellent command of English (mandatory).
Ability to adapt to shift hours, both long-term night shifts and work schedules in which employees change or rotate shifts.
Experience in eCommerce marketing and/or campaign management would be a plus.
Willing to be hands-on with strong executional abilities.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
