Designation: Marketing Operations Specialist

Office Location: Kuala Lumpur Kuala Lumpur (Office)

Position description: As a Marketing Operations Specialist with 2X, you will be responsible for managing the execution of marketing activities across different B2B marketing platforms and processes to support marketing teams in delivering business goals.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Create and manage email campaign calendars. Set up email campaigns, monitor and schedule email sends, compile and create insightful email reporting.
  • Plan and execute A/B tests, manage testing calendar, record results, and advise on improvements.
  • Build and launch multiple segments of email campaigns (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU, nurture).
  • Build the workflow and structure for automated email campaign drips with the use of Marketing Automation Platforms.
  • Execute marketing activities ranging from website publishing and maintenance, updating customer databases, updating website and landing pages, and management of content repositories.
  • Perform operational execution across a variety of marketing tools, systems, and processes such as website CMS, Marketing Automation, CRM databases, and Analytics & Reporting tools.
  • Work with team leads and cross-function team to improve email campaign performances and marketing operations related workflows and processes.
  • Daily processing of ad-hoc operational requests based on specific workflows.
  • Supporting other workflow processes related to requests for data, information, and insights.

What do you need to succeed?

  • 2+ years relevant work experience in Marketing Operations function.
  • Detailed-oriented, methodical and prefers a structured way of getting things done.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-function team.
  • Demonstrated interest in continued skills development, especially around digital marketing, data analytics, and technology tools.
  • Comfortable with large repetition of defined tasks, but also excited to take on a variety of dynamic work.
  • Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite; comfort working in Excel.
  • Able to consistently meet deadlines and problem-solve with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interest in researching and learning new skills and digital systems.
  • Prior experience with a CRM, CMS, Martech software (e.g. Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot, Sitecore, Wordpress, Outreach, etc.) is a strong advantage.
