Job Responsibilities:
- Implement effective marketing strategies.
- Design and refine AI-first marketing strategies using AI/ML models to maximize ROI and customer lifetime value, aligning with industry verticals.
- Focus on audience growth and product/services uptake.
- Review and report on marketing strategies and their implementation.
- Develop corporate brand identity in consultation with senior management and partners.
- Manage creative agencies and partners.
- Evaluate and integrate marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
- Build generative AI content pipelines and assets for written, image, and video content with human-in-the-loop review.
- Develop LLM-driven tools to enhance sales throughput.
- Develop regional marketing tactics and campaigns to support distributors and sales partners.
- Lead account-based marketing, media investments, and digital campaigns including SEO and LinkedIn targeting.
- Plan and execute industry trade shows and customer demo days, measuring leads and performance.
- Ensure marketing spend aligns with corporate growth targets and ROI expectations.
- Collaborate across departments to create innovative marketing strategies.
- Monitor and report on marketing activities and ROI.
- Conduct strategic marketing analyses to guide messaging.
- Oversee social media planning and execution.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and strategize implementation.
- Develop and implement marketing plans, product concepts, and promotional programs.
- Ensure marketing goals are communicated and outreach is improved.
- Ensure compliance with marketing and copyright regulations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Psychology, Communications, Advertising, or Business Management.
- At least 5 years of marketing experience.
- Minimum 3 years in a management role.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (reading and writing), especially for stakeholder engagement.
