Responsibilities

• Critical hire to build the Marketing vertical / department.
• Leading a small team through mentoring and delegating.
• Prioritising / Planning the Marketing efforts.
• Wearing multiple hats - moving between different pillars of the Marketing focus: Acquisition / Activation / Upgrade / Retention.

Must Have

• Strategic / Marketing thinking.
• B2B SaaS experience.
• Performance Marketing.
• Justifying past / future Marketing initiatives by quantifying outcomes.

Nice to have

• Offline Campaigns.
• Copywriting / Content writing.

Levels

• Reporting to the CEO/Founder.
• Owning the entire Marketing vertical.
• Hands-on role (Individual Contributor) role to begin with then fast track promotion to Lead upon meeting targets.
• This is a Mid - Senior hire with 5 - 6 years of 360 Marketing experience.

You may currently be in a senior marketing role or managing a small team and prefer a hands-on IC role. Agency or in-house experience welcome.

Culture

• This is a start-up culture joining a team of 20.

Location:

• Hybrid 2 per week office Tuesday & Wednesday.
