Job Description
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, manage, and mentor the marketing team to achieve the company’s strategic objectives.
- Provide direction and support to team members, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Strategic Marketing Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.
- Oversee the creation of both online and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring they are effective and aligned with the brand’s vision.
- Ensure all marketing activities are planned, executed, and delivered on time and within budget.
Market Analysis & Competitor Research:
- Lead market research efforts to gather insights on consumer behavior, market trends, and competitors.
- Use market data to inform and optimize marketing strategies, ensuring they are responsive to market dynamics and competitive pressures.
Campaign Effectiveness & Evaluation:
- Oversee the performance measurement of marketing campaigns, ensuring effectiveness and ROI.
- Use analytics and KPIs to assess the success of campaigns, applying the PDCA cycle to optimize marketing activities and improve results.
- Ensure that all campaigns are executed with a focus on cost-efficiency and achieving maximum impact.
Social Media & Digital Strategy:
- Manage the brand’s presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, and other channels.
- Oversee content creation and digital advertising to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
Requirement
5–7 years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role
Proven track record in both online and offline marketing (including digital ads & social media)
Strong skills in market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis
Experience managing budgets and executing cost-effective campaigns
Strong leadership and goal-oriented team management skills
Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills across departments
Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods industry
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital tools
Familiarity with design tools like Photoshop or Illustrator
