Job Responsibilities

  • To responsible for the efficient development, planning and management of the overall annual marketing plans with a timely, aggressive, and customer focus in order to drive sales and traffic
  • To work closely with Senior Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing plans to achieve business growth for the Company
  • To assist Senior Marketing Manager in the coordination, planning and execution of any new initiative / project for the department such as digitalisation, mobile app and others as assigned.
  • To ensure the efficient Management of the department’s operation, including planning and implementing effective strategies, formulate effective control on marketing procedures, problem-solving and provide action plans on feedback received relating to Marketing Department’s work functions as well as continue to improve the overall presentation of advertisement, concepts and gimmick used in promotions/marketing plans.
  • To monitor and review Income & Expenditure Statement for all promotional events/activities to ensure budget is strictly observed or where possible to work towards self-financing for selective activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree holder, preferably in marketing or business related field.
  • Solid marketing and brand management experience
  • Strong in decision making, having a balance of analytical ability and creativity.
  • Strong people management skill, able to motivate team members and collaborate well with other departments.
  • Strong in communications, presentations and articulations
