Job Overview:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead content, creative design, and social media activities for a growing FX & CFDs business. This role is ideal for a hands‑on marketer who can develop engaging financial content, create strong visual assets, and manage social media channels to build brand awareness and audience engagement.

You will work closely with the marketing and business teams to turn product and market information into clear, engaging, and compliant marketing content.

What You Will Do:

• Develop and manage content for websites, social media, campaigns, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Create and coordinate visual content, including social media posts, banners, promotional creatives, presentations, and campaign assets.
• Manage the company's social media channels and develop content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
• Work with designers, copywriters, and internal stakeholders to maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new content opportunities.
• Translate complex FX, CFDs, trading, and financial market topics into simple and engaging content for target audiences.
• Coordinate video and multimedia content, including short‑form videos, reels, educational content, and campaign materials.
• Track content and social media performance and use insights to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure all marketing and social media content follows applicable regulatory, compliance, and brand guidelines.
• Support wider marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and promotional activities as required.

What Makes You A Good Fit:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, content marketing, social media, or a similar role.
• Experience in FX, CFDs, forex, fintech, trading, financial services, or a related industry is highly preferred.
• Strong content writing and editing skills with the ability to communicate financial topics clearly.
• Hands‑on experience managing social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, content formats, and audience engagement.
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
• Good understanding of branding, visual communication, and digital marketing.
• Experience creating short‑form video or multimedia content is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within brand and compliance guidelines.
• Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced trading/financial environment.
• Strong English communication skills.
