Hotel: Kuala Lumpur on the Park (KULPK), No. 5, Jalan Puncak, Lorong P. Ramlee Banda, 50250

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of the hotel’s marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and other relevant channels.
    • Monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Content Creation and Branding:
    • Oversee the creation of compelling content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and advertising materials.
    • Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the Hotel Indigo brand identity.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the Director of Marketing, sales team, and other departments to ensure marketing initiatives support broader business objectives.
    • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners as necessary.
  • Budget Management:
    • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
    • Track expenditures and report on ROI for marketing activities.
  • Performance Reporting:
    • Prepare and present marketing plans, performance reports, and recommendations to the Director of Marketing.
    • Use analytics tools to measure success and identify areas for growth.
