A leading company in retail seeks a Digital Marketing Manager to enhance its brand presence. The ideal candidate will lead a team, manage digital marketing initiatives, and ensure effective market communication strategies. Required qualifications include a marketing degree and proficiency in both English and Mandarin, along with hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, and graphic design tools.
Leads consumer and brand learning plan development and oversees execution and findings of research studies.
Build and increase company-wide awareness about key developments.
Identify, plan and execute projects/campaigns for brand development.
Analyse and evaluate effectiveness of each project / launch.
Manage service partners (PR agencies) and build good relationship with key media for PR coverage of important events/activities.
Support the Head of Marketing in delivering Brand campaigns that support business strategy, market goals and organisational objectives.
Execution marketing communication initiatives that are aligned with Brand positioning and philosophy.
Trademark registration and related matters.
Review and assess sponsorship request, drives sponsorship strategies and sponsorship events for the company.
Marketing
Manage and lead a team of social marketing executive.
Maintain our social media presence on Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu. This also includes day-to-day content posting, reply messages, monitoring ads, and generating reports.
Oversee all day to day operations performance of offline and online platform.
Oversees in strategic planning and making sure timely execution of overall Marketing Calendar.
Stay current on market trends and competitive activity.
Develop promotional programmes and managing marketing budget.
Oversees the planning and conducting of market research.
Work collaboratively with in-house or external design agencies to execute designs.
Analyse and evaluate effectiveness of each project / launch.
Oversee press releases, speeches, marketing collaterals, articles, corporate video, brochures, and presentation materials.
To provide guidance to plan and coordinate campaigns and communications through all phases of launch and maintenance, including reporting, analysis, and optimisation.
To collaborate with other departments such as Operations, Projects, Procurement, and Finance teams for campaign delivery and project implementation.
Generate and prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports for the Operation and Management’s review.
Job Requirement :
Diploma / Degree in Business , Marketing management or related fields.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with our business partner.
Knowledge of performance/digital marketing (SEO/SEM/Display/Paid Social and etc) with hands-on experience in managing FB, IG and Xiaohongshu is prefered.
Knowledge in basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantageous.
Knowledge in basic video editing skill like Adobe Premiere Pro, JianYing is an advantageous.
Ability to work independently.
Able to work in a challenging and fast paced working environment.
Willing to travel when required.
