Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager (Branding & Communications) to drive our brand's visibility, reputation, and engagement across multiple channels. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic branding initiatives, managing corporate communications, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints. You will play a critical role in shaping how the market perceives our brand and in strengthening stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:-

Branding & Communications.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the brand strategy to ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Enhance brand awareness and positioning through creative and strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee visual identity, brand guidelines, and ensure adherence across internal and external materials.
  • Create and oversee development of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and product kits.
  • Draft engaging content for campaigns, press releases, blogs, and newsletters.

Strategic Execution & Planning

  • Convert strategic marketing goals into actionable plans and campaigns.
  • Manage the marketing calendar to ensure timely and aligned execution.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales, product, and operations.

Social Media Management

  • Develop and manage content calendars for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create engaging, on-brand content (static, video, and reels) to drive awareness, engagement, and followers.
  • Monitor social media performance and community engagement, responding in real-time to messages and comments.
  • Keep up with trends and adapt strategies to stay relevant and creative.

KOL & Influencer Management

  • Coordinate KOL/influencer content creation in alignment with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Measure ROI of influencer partnerships and maintain a growing influencer database.

Event & Partnership Marketing

  • Organize marketing initiatives for events, exhibitions, roadshows and community activations.
  • Develop marketing materials and promotional plans to support events and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with business partners and clinics on co-branded promotions.

Analytics & Market Intelligence

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
  • Track marketing performance, prepare reports and dashboards, and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, digital innovations, and consumer insights.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in branding, corporate communications, or integrated marketing roles.
  • Proven experience in managing brand strategy, corporate storytelling, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of PR strategies, social media communications, and brand identity management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong project management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Experience working with agencies, media outlets, and vendors is a plus.
