Job description
Job Responsibility
  • Plan, develop, and execute campaigns, including those of strategic importance to the organization.
  • Liaise with external vendors and agencies (e.g., printers, event organizers, graphic designers, advertising agencies, media outlets) to ensure work meets organizational requirements, deadlines, and budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop campaigns and materials to achieve sales goals.
  • Ensure stores are equipped with communication materials before campaign launches (catalogues, leaflets, hanging mobiles, video materials, etc.).
  • Fulfill price ticket requirements for all stores to ensure sufficient promotional materials.
  • Research, write, and brief related departments on design or content for sales collateral that is effective and audience-appropriate.
  • Prepare weekly bulletins and campaign briefing decks for store reference.
  • Plan, manage, and execute programs/activities within allocated budget.
  • Lead & execute on monthly marketing campaigns support for all sales channels (Store, Online & Direct Sales) with promotions/activities.
  • Responsible on 12 months campaign theme, promotions, campaign calendar and implementing organization of campaign team.
  • Initiate new ideas, feedback and ways to improve monthly / store related activities by ensuring communication materials delivered flawlessly.
Ad Hoc Responsibilities
  • Coordinate events with external suppliers.
  • Prepare event documents.
  • Manage events on weekends (as and when required).
Administration
  • Handle all marketing filing and billing.

  • University Degree in marketing or related fields like Mass Comm & Advertising. 3 to 6 years of experience
