MARKETING MANAGER

Kaisar Pharmacy, a leading and rapidly expanding Bumiputra retail pharmacy chain, is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to drive brand growth, sales and market visibility. This role requires a strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends and retail dynamics to create effective marketing campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Strategic Marketing & Brand Growth
   Develop and execute marketing plans and promotional campaigns to enhance brand awareness and increase sales.
   Identify and capitalize on market trends and consumer insights to drive business growth.
   Conduct competitor analysis to refine strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.
2. Marketing Campaigns & Digital Strategies
   Plan and oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, content marketing and online advertising.
   Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging marketing materials, including in-store displays, digital content and communication materials.
   Optimize campaigns for maximum return on investment (ROI).
   Work closely with sales, merchandising and operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals.
   Support retail teams with promotional strategies and branding consistency across all outlets.
   Strengthen Kaisar Pharmacy's position as a trusted pharmacy brand in the community.
3. Budget & Performance Management
   Manage the marketing budget effectively and allocate resources to maximize campaign impact.
   Track, analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, making data-driven improvements.
   Adjust strategies based on market dynamics and consumer preferences.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing Management, Sales or related field.

Experience: Minimum 4-5 years in the retail industry (pharmacy, FMCG, healthcare or related fields preferred).
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics and social media marketing.
