Reporting To: Regional Chief Executive Officer/Chief Executive Officer
Position Summary:
· Establish the marketing strategies of the hospital according to the company objectives.
· Manage the public relations and marketing functions of the hospital for the public and corporate companies.
· Identify area of growth and plan marketing activities accordingly.
· Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities in order to project positive branding and image of the hospital.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Education and Requirements:
· Relevant Diploma or PR/Marketing Degree or equivalent.
· Minimum 5 years in hospital/medical field, experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies.
· Have technical marketing and formal presentation skills.
· Proven experience in customer and market research.
· Have good command in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal and written).
· Experience with relevant software applications.
· Able to work independently.

· Ability to communicate with all level of people and departments.
· Possess good managerial and leadership, negotiation, communication and interpersonal relationship skills and good judgment.
· Must have own transport, willing to travel.
Ability to work under pressure and provide appropriate constructive feedbacks for improvements.
Ability to deal with queries tactfully and constructively.
