Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and plan online marketing and promotion activities, and manage online activity sections and configurations.
- Analyze market activity data to guide improvements in market activities and business development.
- Organize and plan offline marketing and promotion activities, and coordinate with design for material production and procurement.
- Analyze user movement data on the platform and develop strategic plans to drive growth in new users and DAU (Daily Active Users).
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor or company.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong operational planning skills, capable of independently planning business or product strategies.
- Possesses strong data analysis abilities, excellent presentation and proposal skills, and effective communication capabilities.
- Highly innovative, results-driven, attentive to detail, responsible, and a good team player.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required (Chinese & Australian management communication).
