Job description

Develop and implement group-wide marketing strategies and plans to achieve overall business objectives, drive market share growth, and meet revenue targets across all product or service segments.

Lead and manage a cross-functional marketing team including coordinators and specialists across different business units, providing clear direction, mentorship, and performance support.

Conduct in-depth market research at the group level to understand broader industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities. Leverage these insights to guide unified marketing strategies.

Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and positioning across all subsidiaries, product lines, or services under the group umbrella, maintaining brand integrity and strengthening group brand equity.

Define and refine product/service positioning within each target market segment, ensuring alignment with customer needs and differentiation from competitors on a group scale.

Plan and oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across all group entities, including advertising, content creation, social media, email marketing, and multi-channel outreach.

Manage and allocate the group marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource distribution and return on investment across different brands and regions.

Utilize marketing analytics and performance metrics to track group-level campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.

Collaborate closely with sales, product development, operations, and customer service teams across all group companies to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.

Oversee and manage external partnerships, including creative agencies, vendors, dealers, and freelancers, ensuring consistency in execution and brand representation across the group.

Ensure that all marketing initiatives across the group comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policy standards, maintaining transparency and ethical marketing practices.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.

Above 5 years of experience in marketing, with a track record of progressively increasing responsibility.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in marketing tools and software, as well as knowledge of industry trends.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Adaptability and willingness to stay updated on marketing best practices and trends.

Relevant experience in Interior Design or Software industry is preferred.
