A leading company in the Food & Beverage industry is seeking a Marketing Manager to promote existing brands and develop new products. The successful candidate will have a marketing degree and a minimum of 3 years' experience, strong Mandarin communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours.

· Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
· Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
· Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
· Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
· Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
· Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
Requirements
· Candidates must possess at least a minimum qualification of Degree/Diploma in Marketing, preferably in Food & Beverage industry.
· Minimum 3 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing in Food & Beverage, Retail Outlets/Tourism /Hotel Management/FMCG Industry or related field.
· Willing to work on Sundays, weekends, and public holidays as required.
· Good command of spoken and written Mandarin and English. Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
