Position Overview

The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in supporting LOL Asia’s mission to increase the visibility and popularity of artists across targeted regions and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns for artist tours. This individual will be responsible for strategically building anticipation and conversations around artists prior to their live performances and executing tailored promotional campaigns across multiple cities. The ideal candidate will excel in content creation, influencer engagement, and promotional coordination, working closely with both internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Artist Popularity and Awareness Building
    • Develop and execute localized marketing strategies to increase artist visibility and popularity in specific areas, cities, or countries ahead of scheduled performances.
    • Conduct in-depth audience and market research to identify key trends, target demographics, and strategic opportunities for artist engagement.
    • Create compelling content and campaigns that encourage fan interaction, social sharing, and discussions around the artist across various digital and offline platforms.
    • Collaborate with influencers, fan groups, and local media outlets to amplify awareness and drive conversation about the artist in target markets.
  • Tour Marketing and Promotion Management
    • Manage end-to-end marketing and promotional efforts for artist tours, ensuring consistent messaging and effective audience engagement in each tour city.
    • Coordinate with internal teams, including design and production, to ensure the timely development of promotional materials such as posters, videos, and social media content.
    • Work with local marketing partners, media outlets, and influencers in each city to adapt and execute promotional strategies suited to the unique market dynamics of each location.
    • Track and report on campaign performance, optimizing promotional strategies in real-time to ensure maximum ticket sales and event awareness in every tour city.
  • Content Production and Promotion Management
    • Oversee the production and distribution of high-quality marketing content, working closely with internal creative teams and external vendors to meet campaign goals.
    • Develop content calendars and manage the production schedule for promotional assets, including social media posts, videos, newsletters, and press releases.
    • Ensure brand consistency and creative alignment in all content, tailoring messages to resonate with local audiences while maintaining the artist's image and voice.
    • Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and media partners to expand content reach and ensure timely and effective promotion across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the entertainment, music, or live events industry.
  • Proven track record in artist or brand promotion, with experience managing multi-city or regional campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content production.
  • Experience working with influencers, media outlets, and local marketing partners to drive campaign success.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to both corporate and creative environments.

  • Artist Popularity: Increase social media engagement by 25%. Grow artist fanbase by 20% in target markets.
  • Tour Marketing: Achieve 80% ticket sales within the first month. ROI of 3x on marketing campaigns.

  • Ad & Promotion Performance: Paid ads to have a 2% CTR and 5% conversion rate. Increase event awareness by 30% in target regions.

Employment Terms- Salary

  • Competitive, based on experience and industry standards.
