A leading company in Malaysia is looking for a Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business goals. This role requires overseeing brand management, digital campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging. Plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Oversee brand management, digital campaigns, content creation, and event marketing.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, creative, brand) to ensure consistent messaging.
Monitor and report on campaign performance and marketing KPIs.
Manage vendor relationships, marketing budgets, and timelines.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis for strategic planning.
Serve as liaison between the Chief Marketing Officer and internal/external stakeholders.
Ensure effective follow-up on action items and deadlines.
Job Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing with at least 1–2 years supporting senior leadership.
Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Mandarin Speaker to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Proficient in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
