Proactively develop and execute marketing plans and sales campaigns to enhance overall performance.
Assist in preparing engaging marketing collaterals to support sales functions across various channels.
Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns using digital, social media, events, and traditional advertising.
Conduct market surveys, track trends, and keep the sales team updated with the latest industry insights.
Identify new ways to reach target markets and adopt cutting-edge marketing strategies and technologies.
Plan and implement public relations activities, including soft launches, official launches, and exhibitions.
Analyse campaign performance and industry trends to inform and improve future marketing initiatives.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on marketing expenses and manage relationships with external partners.
Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives.
Monitor and report on key marketing metrics to demonstrate the impact of your work.
What We’re Looking For:
Degree in Business Studies/Mass Communication/Marketing or relevant.
Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing communications, advertising & promotions, preferably from Car Retail.
Pleasant personality with good communications skill and presentation skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into actionable strategies.
Experience in managing budgets and achieving measurable results.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities with multi-task and work within tight deadlines.
Possess own transport and willing to travel locally.
Proficient in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese. (as the role requires candidates to liaise with Mandarin speaking).
