About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Boeffi International (B) Sdn Bhd. As a full-time position based in Miri, Sarawak, this role will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and growth for our company. Successful candidates will work at Boeffi in Brunei for the first year and will move back to Miri, Sarawak, starting from the second year onwards.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to promote our products and services
  • Overseeing the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including digital content, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning
  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies
  • Managing and developing a team of marketing professionals

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a brand management or marketing role, preferably in the Marketing & Communications industry or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, digital marketing, and traditional marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to measure and report on marketing performance
  • Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Proficiency in project management and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
