About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Boeffi International (B) Sdn Bhd. This full-time position based in Miri, Sarawak, will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and growth. Successful candidates will work at Boeffi in Brunei for the first year and will relocate back to Miri, Sarawak, from the second year onwards.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to promote our products and services.
2. Overseeing the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including digital content, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials.
3. Conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning.
5. Monitoring and reporting on marketing initiatives' performance, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
6. Staying current with industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies.
7. Managing and developing a team of marketing professionals.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a brand management or marketing role, preferably within the Marketing & Communications industry or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of brand positioning, digital marketing, and traditional marketing strategies.
3. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Analytical and data-driven mindset, capable of measuring and reporting marketing performance.
5. Proven success in delivering effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.
6. Proficiency in project management and teamwork.
7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
