A leading company in the coffee industry is looking for a skilled marketing professional to strategize and execute engaging campaigns across various platforms. This role involves managing content creation, planning events, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Create engaging content (copy, visuals, videos) that aligns with brand identity and drives audience growth.
Oversee content calendars, ensuring consistent posting schedules and campaign alignment.
Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize strategies accordingly.
Brand & Campaign Management
Lead marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand collaborations.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital and offline touchpoints.
Collaborate with designers, videographers, and agencies to produce high-quality marketing assets.
Event Planning & Activations
Plan and manage offline/online events (e.g., pop-ups, community engagements) to enhance brand visibility.
Handle end-to-end event logistics, including vendor coordination, budgeting, and post-event reporting.
Leverage events for social media content and audience engagement.
Manage and mentor a growing marketing team, fostering creativity and efficiency.
Delegate tasks, monitor workloads, and ensure timely project delivery.
Train new hires and develop team skills in content creation, analytics, and campaign execution.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor KPIs (follower growth, engagement rates, conversion) and provide data-driven insights.
Prepare monthly reports for leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Adjust strategies based on analytics to maximize ROI.
Work closely with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Partner with external influencers, agencies, and vendors to amplify brand reach.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience (F&B or coffee industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and brand management.
Independent, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin/Malay is a plus).
Familiar with social media tools, email marketing platforms, and basic design tools.
