We are representing our esteemed client in the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) industry in their search for a dedicated and dynamic individual to join their growing team as a Marketing Manager. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about wellness and healthcare, with a strategic mindset and strong leadership skills to develop and execute effective marketing plans that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support the overall growth of the business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase brand value and achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve organizational sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to top management.
- Establish strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities that contribute to revenue growth, including establishing partnerships or collaborations to access new markets or customer segments.
Marketing Strategy- Plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract target customers.
- Oversee digital marketing, social media, and content creation efforts to build a strong online presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create promotional materials, digital content, and educational resources.
Performance Analysis- Analyze sales data and marketing effectiveness to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, sales activities, and campaign performance.
Compliance & Ethics- Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with industry regulations and ethical standards.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing management. Experience in the medical aesthetic or healthcare industry is a plus.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analysis.
