Job description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Marketing professional to join our team! In this role, you will play a key part in driving our marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and achieving business growth. You will be leading the Marketing team. Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Collaboration & Management:
    Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
    Negotiate and manage contracts with partners, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and values.
    Manage the development and positioning of the brand to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with product development and sales objectives.
    Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to maintain competitive advantage.
    Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth and market share within the FMCG sector.
    Plan and oversee marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective and high-impact campaigns.
  2. Event Management:
    Plan, coordinate, and execute brand-related events, including product launches, trade shows, and promotional activities.
    Oversee event logistics, from concept development to post-event analysis, ensuring a high-quality experience for attendees.
    Manage all regional baby fairs, coordinating with organizers on layout, agreements and marketing activation throughout the events.
  3. Campaign Management:
    Develop and implement marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement across various channels.
    Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness.
    Oversee promotional activities and events to engage consumers and build brand loyalty.
    Create and manage marketing materials for new products, ensuring they are compelling and aligned with brand guidelines.
    Oversee the production and distribution of collateral, including brochures, POSM, digital content, and promotional items.
  4. Public Relations Management:
    Manage relationships with PR agencies to enhance brand reputation and handle media inquiries.
    Develop press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to effectively communicate brand messages.
  5. Product Launches:
    Lead the marketing strategy for new product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
    Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine launch plans and tactics.
    Work closely with the Sales team to develop marketing strategies and materials that support sales objectives.
    Coordinate with international teams to support regional marketing needs and initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Marketing role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  3. Proven track record of successful brand marketing, event management, marketing campaign or a similar role.
  4. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Team player and willing to learn.
  8. Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin languages.
