Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company's goals.
2. Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
3. Content Creation and Management:
   Oversee the creation and delivery of compelling content across various digital platforms to engage customers and build brand awareness.
   Work with content creators to ensure that all digital content is consistent with the brand’s voice, style, and tone as outlined in the company's brand guide.
4. Social Media Management:
   Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
   Plan and schedule regular posts, interact with followers, analyze social media trends, and adjust strategies as needed to boost engagement and reach.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
   Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
   Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
6. SEO and Website Management:
   Optimize website content for search engines and manage the website’s health and usability to ensure high rankings in search results.
   Continuously check and improve on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
