To lead all aspects of marketing and communications at the school. Role will be instrumental in enhancing the school’s brand visibility, increasing enrolment through targeted campaigns, and ensuring consistent, high-quality messaging across all platforms – especially digital.
- Develop, implement, and assess the school’s annual marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with overall institutional goals and student enrolment targets.
- Monitor market trends and analyse competitor activities to identify opportunities for strategic growth and improvement.
- Establish, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with educational consultants, agents, and partner organisations to broaden the school’s visibility and outreach.
- A minimum of five years’ experience in marketing, preferably within an international or national education setting.
- Proven experience collaborating with creative agencies and designers.
- Exceptional command of written and spoken English with strong proofreading skills for documents and social media content.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive, hands-on approach and a collaborative spirit within a small team.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and email marketing.
- Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to boost online visibility and search rankings.
- Manage website content, updates, performance analytics, and UX enhancements either directly or through appointed vendors.
- Leverage data and analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Insights) to assess performance and refine tactics.
Content Creation & Brand Management
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual and written communications.
- Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, blogs, press releases, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with internal departments and students for storytelling that reflects the school’s values and achievements.
Sales, Admissions & Enrolment Support
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to generate leads and nurture them through digital campaigns and events.
- Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns for events like open days, info sessions, and tours.
- Track conversion metrics from lead generation to enrolment.
Public Relations & Events
- Build strong relationships with media, vendors, and community partners.
- Oversee marketing presence and logistics at school events, fairs, and community engagements.
