Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Basic skills in video editing applications such as CapCut are an advantage.
• Creative, proactive, and interested in social media trends and online sales.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Experience in TikTok Shop, e-commerce, content creation, or livestreaming will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, creating, and publishing engaging content for social media platforms.
• Create short-form videos, promotional posts, product demonstrations, and marketing materials.
• Assist in managing the company's social media accounts and maintaining brand communication.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and trending content to develop new marketing ideas.
• Support digital marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Assist in managing online sales platforms, including TikTok Shop and other e-commerce marketplaces.
• Upload and update product listings, descriptions, prices, and promotional information.
• Respond to customer enquiries, comments, and direct messages professionally.
• Assist in monitoring online orders, sales performance, and promotional campaigns.
• Support livestreaming activities, product promotions, and other online sales initiatives when required.
• Record and edit short promotional videos featuring the company's products.
• Develop creative content ideas to increase audience engagement and product awareness.
• Assist in preparing product photographs, posters, banners, and other digital marketing materials.
• Ensure all content follows the company's branding guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Keep up to date with current social media trends and content formats.
• Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase online sales.
• Support promotional activities, sales events, and product campaigns.
• Track basic social media engagement and online sales performance.
• Prepare simple reports on content performance, customer engagement, and campaign results.
• Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to achieve the company's marketing objectives.
