Job summary

Foresthill Damansara is seeking a graphic design intern to assist in creating digital and print marketing materials for property projects. You will develop brochures, flyers, posters, banners and promotional assets, while producing visuals for social media, websites and campaigns.

You will also support artwork preparation for launches and events, help with project presentations and signage, and collaborate with Marketing and Sales to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Creative, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Good sense of layout, typography, colour and visual presentation.

This role involves assisting in the design and creation of digital and print marketing materials for property projects, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, advertisements and promotional materials. You will create visual content for social media platforms, websites and digital marketing campaigns, and support the team in developing project presentations, signage, property listings and other marketing collaterals.

Key responsibilities

Assist in designing digital and print marketing materials for property projects, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, advertisements and promotional materials.

Create visual content for social media platforms, websites and digital marketing campaigns.

Assist in preparing artwork and layouts for property launches, events, sales galleries and promotional activities.

Support the team in developing project presentations, signage, property listings and other marketing collaterals.

Edit and resize images, photographs and other visual materials for different marketing platforms.

Ensure all designs are consistent with the Company's branding guidelines and project requirements.

Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to understand design requirements and deliver artwork within the required timelines.

Assist with artwork amendments and revisions based on feedback from the relevant departments.

Maintain and organise design files, images, artwork and other creative assets.

About you

Currently pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Creative Design, Digital Media or a related field.

Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or other graphic design software.

Creative, detail-oriented and willing to learn.

Good sense of layout, typography, colour and visual presentation.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with different departments.

Good time management and able to meet deadlines.
