Job summary

Samsung is seeking a skilled professional to oversee and manage the marketing budget for their products. The ideal candidate should possess a relevant degree and at least 3 years of experience in finance or administration and be familiar with SAP for claims management.

• Ensure on-time submission of monthly claims into SAP system.
• Serve as point of contact for marketing expenses.

Job description

Oversee and manage department marketing budget

On time submission of monthly claims into SAP system (forecast, HQ claims, expenses reports, payment report, HQ and department claims)

On time settlement for completed marketing and sales activities

Amendment of revised plan with proper approval in system

Completion of approval within specific period of budget submission

Serve as the point of contact for matters related to marketing expenses for activities including flagship and non-flagship products for mobile or consumer electronics, including coordinating with various departments and partners.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/ Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management/Statistics.

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Knowledge in SAP would be an added advantage.
