The role involves preparing quotations, assisting sales, and tracking marketing performance to optimise campaigns. We value proactive individuals who can liaise with internal teams and handle inquiries promptly, ensuring marketing materials and exhibitions are ready

Responsabilités

• Maintain and update marketing materials including website, social media, catalogues, datasheets, project references, and other promotional content
• Promote the company's products and brand through social media platforms, create content, attract customers, and generate sales enquiries
• Provide accurate quotations, product information, indoor sales service and admin support to sales
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and order status questions
• Ensure all exhibitions, product presentations, and marketing materials are ready on time
• Keep track of marketing activity, lead data, and monthly performance reports

The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting sales, managing marketing assets, and ensuring smooth customer communication.

Key responsibilities

Maintain and update marketing materials including website, social media, catalogues, datasheets, project references, and other promotional content

Promote the company's products and brand through social media platforms, create content, attract customers, and generate sales enquiries

Provide accurate quotations, product information, indoor sales service and admin support to sales
