Job summary

Medi Beaute Sdn Bhd is seeking a Marketing Executive (Online/Offline) to plan, initiate and implement marketing strategies, branding and operations for our expanding Malaysia network of outlets.

The role includes launching activities, market research, CRM, vendor relations, and coordinating with mall management to ensure timely campaigns. Weekend work and travel may be required; English and multilingual skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in marketing/advertising, business administration or relevant discipline.
• Experience in marketing event/roadshow or campaigns is expected.
• Proven ability to analyze data and interpret numbers.
• Familiarity with social media and marketing analytics.
• Excellent communication, people skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate and implement marketing strategies and campaigns including branding and operations.
• Organize and oversee launching activities of new outlets and products.
• Conduct market research to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition.
• Initiate surveys to assess customer requirements and satisfaction, and manage CRM.
• Maintain vendor relationships to support promotional activities.
• Monitor campaign progress with metrics and report performance.
• Coordinate with centers and mall management to ensure timely marketing activities.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required.
